Stretchy kids' bracelet in blue with an NFC chip and a QR code. If your child gets separated from you, whoever helps them can call you straight away.
About this ICESCAN
A theme park, the beach or a busy shopping centre: a child can slip out of sight in no time. When your child wears this bracelet, a member of staff, a police officer or another parent can scan the tag and see straight away who to call.
The band is elastic, so it slips on easily and stays put. The QR code is scratch-resistant, and the tag contains an NFC chip that can be scanned with a phone.
Because of its size, we recommend this bracelet for children up to the age of 7. Older children may find the band a little tight. The 16 cm adult bracelet will probably fit them better, and it is stretchy too.

- Activate Scan your ICESCAN, enter your email address and type in the code from the email.
- Fill in Emergency contacts, allergies, medication and anything else you want to add.
- Scan Hold a phone against the ICESCAN or point the camera at the QR code, and your details open.

Questions about ordering and using it
Can anyone scan my ICESCAN?
Yes, with almost any smartphone. The QR code can be scanned with the camera. For NFC, hold the phone against the ICESCAN.
On recent iPhones, NFC works without any setting up. On some Android phones you first need to switch NFC on in the settings, usually under Connections. If NFC doesn't work, the QR code always will.
The emergency page is available in English, Dutch and Spanish; which one appears depends on the language of the phone that scans it.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Your details open in the browser, both for you and for whoever scans your ICESCAN. You don't need a subscription either.
How do I activate my ICESCAN?
Scan the ICESCAN with your own phone and enter your email address. We'll email you a code. As soon as you enter it, the ICESCAN is linked to you and you can fill in your details straight away. You don't need an account with a password.
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Delivery is free to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).
At the moment we can't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or to other countries.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Register your return using the link in your confirmation email (or email info@icescan.nl) and send the ICESCAN to ICESCAN, Deursenseweg 12, 5351 NN Berghem, the Netherlands. A letterbox-sized parcel is fine.
Once we have received your return, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with.
